Dr. Kwaku A. Sarkodie, established Covenant Occupational Health Consult in February 2005, after having worked as Company Doctor/Medical Advisor with Unilever Ghana for fifteen years.

He was responsible for all Unilever associated companies, at the time, including Guinness Ghana Ltd., Kumasi Breweries, Benso Oil Palm Plantations, Twifo Oil palm Plantations, Tractor and Equipment, GBO and Juapong Textiles.

Dr. Sarkodie is a Fellow of the Ghana College of Physicians and Surgeons; with degrees and diplomas in Medicine and Occupational Health from Ghana Medical School, Harvard University, university of Birmingham and the University of Aberdeen. He is backed by a core of competent and experienced professionals.
